This Privacy Policy explains how Astrolabe (“Astrolabe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with Astrolabe Cloud and related websites, dashboards, APIs, documentation, hosted services, and other products and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you:
- visit our website
- create or use an account
- apply for access to the Services
- use the Astrolabe dashboard, hosted API gateway, or other product features
- communicate with us
- interact with our emails, documentation, or support channels
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information processed solely on behalf of customers where we act as a service provider or processor under a separate written agreement, or to third-party websites, services, or products that are not controlled by Astrolabe.

We may collect information you provide to us, including:

- workspace information
- access request information, such as use case, expected volume, and team size

B. Account, authentication, and identity information
When you create or access an account, we may receive or collect account and authentication-related information, including identifiers, email address, profile details, and related metadata from our authentication and identity providers.
C. Billing and transaction information
If you purchase paid Services or prepaid credits, we and our payment providers may collect and process billing and transaction information, including:
- purchase amounts
- transaction status
- billing history
- prepaid credit balances
- payment processor customer IDs
- checkout session IDs
- payment intent IDs
- related transaction metadata
We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processors.
D. Usage, request, and operational information
When you use the Services, we may collect operational and usage information, including:
- account, workspace, and API key identifiers
- request identifiers
- timestamps
- requested and resolved model identifiers
- token counts
- request volume
- latency and performance data
- request outcome or status
- charge status, including whether a request was billed or unbillable

- service health and abuse-prevention signals
E. Customer inputs and outputs
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process prompts, inputs, files, text, content, and outputs associated with your use of the Services.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

Astrolabe does not sell personal information for money. Astrolabe also does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the way many consumer ad-tech businesses do, though we may use analytics and similar technologies for product and performance measurement.

13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.
